Zaid Esmail is a highly accomplished and award winning Specialist Orthodontist, known for his exceptional expertise and friendly manner. With a passion for creating beautiful smiles, Zaid has made a significant impact on the orthodontic community through his innovative techniques and commitment to excellence.

Zaid’s studied Dentistry at University of Liverpool, where he graduated with honours. Recognized for his exceptional skills and thirst for knowledge, he embarked on further specialist training in Orthodontics at Guy’s Hospital and Brighton, culminating in the completion of his orthodontic training and was awarded a distinction in his MSc.

Currently serving as the Clinical Lead of Grosvenor House Orthodontics in Tunbridge Wells, Zaid continues to impact countless lives by providing outstanding orthodontic care and transforming smiles. His compassionate approach, combined with his deep understanding of the latest advancements in orthodontics, allows him to create personalised treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Zaid’s commitment to advancing orthodontics goes beyond his clinical practice. He has also made significant contributions to the field through his invention, the Esmail Eruptor. A novel method to increase the efficiency of aligning partially erupted teeth.

Hannah trained as a dentist at Bristol University and after graduating worked in South Wales and then at Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead. She completed her specialist orthodontic training at Guy’s Hospital and Medway Maritime Hospital in Gillingham. She graduated with a Masters of Science degree and was awarded a Membership of Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Hannah is registered as a specialist orthodontist with the General Dental Council.

Hannah has presented at both national and international orthodontic conferences. She is a member of the British Orthodontic Society and European Orthodontic Society.

Before starting at Grosvenor House Orthodontic Practice, Hannah spent six months backpacking around the world with her husband. Outside of orthodontics, Hannah enjoys cooking, running around the streets of Tunbridge Wells and planning her next adventure. Orthodontic Therapist, GDC No. 13490

Alison joined the Grosvenor House Orthodontic Practice in 2005 after working in a general dental practice for 15 years. Soon after joining the practice she was given the opportunity to do various qualifications including the National Certificate for Dental Nurses, Orthodontic Certificate in Dental Nursing as well as Radiography for Dental Nurses.

Following this Alison was keen to pursue Orthodontic Therapy and was accepted onto an Orthodontic Therapy course at Warwick University in 2010. She qualified with a Diploma in Orthodontic Therapy in July 2011 and is now working as a full time Orthodontic Therapist at Grosvenor House and absolutely loves her job. Samantha joined Grosvenor House in 2000 and became a qualified Dental Nurse in 2002. She was initially working full time but has since reduced her hours to three days a week enabling her to carry on working but also be a mum of four. Samantha has recently returned from maternity leave and has found re-joining the Grosvenor House team very enjoyable. Lead Dental Nurse GDC No: 264726

Shereen has been a part of the team since 2019. Before joining our orthodontic practice, she was working as a dental temp for Tempdent agency. Shereen has got a great expertise and experience in her role as she worked in general dental practices and orthodontic practices. Shereen says ‘it is so nice to see a patient from the start of their treatment to the end as you get to see their smile change and fantastic results’

My journey into the dental world started in 2022, and I am currently pursuing my dental nurse qualification. I have always worked with children; having previously completed my childcare qualifications before working as a teaching assistant. The aspect I love most about my job as a dental nurse is seeing the ned result when a patient’s smile beams with straight teeth, realising that it was all worthwhile and I was part of that journey. My enjoyments outside of work include spending time with family and friends, creating cherished memories, as well as keeping active through running. Philippa Goldsmith has been part of the team since 2000 and has worked at the practice for over 20 years. Starting as a trainee dental nurse. Is now our Treatment co-ordinator, spending time with all our patients explaining their treatment and co-ordinating their treatment. Practice Administrator Receptionist

Katie has been with us since 2019, having previously worked as a PA for 15 years. She thrives on diary management and enjoys having chats with our clients in the reception waiting area. Receptionist Receptionist Practice Manager

Anna has joined the business in 2016 and became a practice manager in 2019 covering Total Orthodontics Sevenoaks and Cranbrook. She joined our practice in 2022 for maternity leave cover and has helped the practice since. Anna prides herself in exceptional customer service and making sure a patients’ journey is as smooth as possible.
